PBR Holiday Local School Book Giveaway Fundraising Shop

When you shop from items in this section, you help us buy books for local schools during the holiday season. This year, we are buying books for lottery winner, Dr. Maude Sanders. Dr. Maude Sanders is a PPS 150 K-4 school. There are 430 kids in this school. Here is a breakdown of each student by grade level:

74 Kindergarteners

78 First Graders

98 Second Graders

68 Third Graders

77 Fourth Graders

23 K/1 Special Needs

12 2-4 Special Needs

As you can see, we have to get a lot of books! We also buy wrapping paper and tape so we can wrap each gift. If we have extra funds, we like to put in a cute kids bookmark, a lollipop - something fun like that!
